Fidelity Management is a 3rd generation family business that has been serving the greater Philadelphia area for over five decades. As a family business, we take great pride in what we do and the appearance of our communities. Our communities are family operated and benefit by the uniqueness of having been family built. At the time of construction, materials were chosen to provide a timeless, enduring appearance. The buildings were designed to provide maximum comfort, safety, and privacy for its residents; they provide not only large, spacious interiors, but lots of natural light and ventilation.
At Fidelity Management, the customer experience is paramount. We believe that it is not enough to profess one cares but to show care and understanding through performance. Beginning on the first day of employment, every employee learns about the importance we place on respect, quality of work, and responsiveness. Our employees are reliable, thoughtful, skilled, and enjoy what they do. This accounts for why 70% of our employees have been with us for over 20 years.
Our effort to provide customer satisfaction has been nationally recognized. Our apartment communities are ranked among the top 1% in the entire nation (out of 101,000 apartment communities), top 1% in Pennsylvania, and top 1% in the entire City of Philadelphia for customer service and online reputation by J. Fidelity Management is about more than work, we are active in supporting charitable events in our local community, and well beyond the limits of Philadelphia. Nationally, we have partnered with Homes for Our Troops, an organization that provides barrier-free housing to severely injured Post-9/11 veterans and make a donation in the name of each new resident who moves in. Homes for Our Troops does wonderful work, and we are honored to be able to help the brave young men and women who served our nation.
