The rankings come from the 2018 Elite 1% scores published by J Turner Research in association with Multifamily Executive (MFE). J Turner Research, a leader in apartment industry research, has pioneered a statistical model that aggregates and analyzes online ratings to generate a single score for the comparison of properties across the nation (ORA™ Score) for online reputation.
