Qualification Rules:

The applicant may not have visited our model within a 6 month period of time prior to the expiration date of the coupon. The applicant must fill out the "referred by" line in his/her rental application. A copy of this coupon must submitted along with a valid application (which requires a completed application and payment of application fee). The coupon may not have expired prior to the submittal of a valid application.
