Fidelity Management Company was formed
by Henry Bienenfeld & Son to operate their residential
apartment buildings. Henry and Jack the Bienenfeld are
the principals behind Fidelity Management Company and
Henry Bienenfeld & son have over seventy years of
experience and knowledge in creating and managing residential
communities. The Bienenfeld’s have a reputation
for providing both quality, luxurious and affordable housing
throughout the City of Philadelphia. During the nearly
45 years they have operated their real estate business,
they have built many condominium, single family and multi-family
communities all of which are considered premier and highly
valued communities by their residents. The company is
operated as a true “family business”. Beginning
with a customer’s first contact with our rental
agents, to later contacts with both the maintenance and
office staff, prospective and current customers consistently
find all of the staff to be dedicated, courteous and helpful.
The Fidelity Management Company is dedicated to service,
and providing personal attention to each resident. New
to several apartment buildings this is a staff social
director. The social director responsibilities include
planning activities that reach out to all of our tenants.
The main office is located at 828 Red Lion Road, Suite
E1 in the Ambassador II Apartment complex. Satellite offices
are located at most apartment buildings. A 24 hour- 7
days a week emergency service is provided to all tenants.

within minutes of our buildings, Fidelity Management Company
