Park Place One is an exceptional living environment. It is aestheroically lovely and we’ll cared for by the owner and all staff. The staff are also extremely responsive to the needs of the tenants and the owners commitment to Veterans is to be commended.
I tell everyone that this was the best move we ever made. The property is very well kept, the staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Any issues that arrive are handled immediately. We love our home.
We moved into our apartment on March 30 and we couldn’t be happier. The maintenance is great whenever I have had a problem and there hasn’t been a lot they have always taken care of. The office staff is friendly and very nice when you call. We love our apartment and have recommended it to our friends.
Ruth and I are very happy we chose to live in Imperial Manor III! The management has always treated us very well and we have enjoyed living here! Imperial is located in a very convenient area for shopping and transportation. We also love the apartment for the big rooms and extra space.

Our Tenants Say...
Eleanor / Park Place One
I’ve lived at park place apartments for seven years. I find it very comfortable and very enjoyable. It’s congenial here. The people are lovely who live here. The help is very nice.
Dave / Ambassador I Apartments
The accommodations here are great. I am never disturbed by any of my neighbors. I don’t hear anything from the people above me thanks to the ceilings.
